Returns & Exchanges

At Lace & Lush, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
